Intelligent Index

Developed in 2001 by the principals of Centerpoint Advisors, the Intelligent Index portfolio is a dynamic asset allocation program that utilizes highly liquid Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) shares of the S&P 1500. Intelligent Index provides broad representation among all major capitalizations while applying rules-based discipline for portfolio weighting between growth and value styles.

Fixed Income Services

As a fixed income advisor, Centerpoint Advisors provides a wide range of services including:

• Investment policy development and review
• Portfolio construction, analysis and ongoing review
• Fixed income research at individual issuer and sector level
• Ongoing analysis of tax implications of gains and losses in portfolio
• Quarterly portfolio performance reporting
• Analysis of taxable versus tax-exempt fixed income utilization for individual needs

Special Situations

Our Special Situations portfolio consists of a limited number of companies that, in the opinion of Centerpoint Advisors, represent above average risk/ reward potential. This portfolio is most appropriate when there is tolerance for a greater degree of volatility than a typical growth fund.

Companies included are typically selected on the basis of some, but not all, of the following criteria: insider buying, 13(d) activities, restructuring and recapitalization, share repurchasing, or institutional accumulation.
