Developed in 2001 by the principals of Centerpoint Advisors, the Intelligent Index portfolio is a dynamic asset allocation program that utilizes highly liquid Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) shares of the S&P 1500. Intelligent Index provides broad representation among all major capitalizations while applying rules-based discipline for portfolio weighting between growth and value styles.

Cross Shore Capital Management

For Qualified Investors having $5,000,000 or more of investable assets, Centerpoint Advisors maintains a third party distribution agreement with Cross Shore Capital Management, LLC (”Cross Shore”). Founded in 2003, Cross Shore manages funds of hedge funds and provides access to a portfolio of premier hedge funds. Cross Shore’s portfolio includes long-short managers that seek to achieve absolute returns using the following strategies:

  • Growth
  • Opportunistic
  • Event Driven

Fixed Income Services

Our Fixed Income division provides a wide range of services to a broad clientele. Led by our Director of Fixed Income, John E. Wolfsberg, the division specializes in institutional fixed income services for Retirement Plans, Trusts, Endowments, and High Net Worth Individuals. Services include:

Special Situations

Our Special Situations portfolio consists of a limited number of companies that, in the opinion of Centerpoint Advisors, represent above average risk/ reward potential. This portfolio is most appropriate when there is tolerance for a greater degree of volatility than a typical growth fund.

Companies included are typically selected on the basis of some, but not all, of the following criteria: insider buying, 13(d) activities, restructuring and recapitalization, share repurchasing, or institutional accumulation.
